Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Reception, to manage and screen incoming phone calls
  • To register, distribute and file incoming and outgoing correspondence/ documents
  • To prepare/ draft documents to be approved / signed
  • To schedule meeting and events
  • To manage stationary and other administrative works

Requirements

  • Bachelor and above, in any field
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, in particular good written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Analytical skill
  • Good inter-personal and coordinating skill
  • Strong sense of information confidentiality
  • Minimum 2 years of secretarial experience

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历,专业不限
  • 中英文熟练,写作和口头沟通能力强
  • 熟练运用电脑和办公软件
  • 良好的分析能力
  • 良好的人际交流和协调能力
  • 保密意识强
  • 两年以上秘书经验
